A self-made business icon and visionary, Dr. Jitendra Joshi is the Managing Director and Group Chairman of the Abhi Group of Companies.
The Abhi Group operates across multiple sectors, including logistics and supply chain, construction, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, hospitality, event management and entertainment, as well as media.
Dr. Joshi’s distinguished background complements his entrepreneurial journey, earning him accolades for his outstanding contributions.
Dr. Joshi is an Electronics Engineer holding a Diploma in Electronics Engineering, an Advanced Diploma in Computer Software and System Analysis (ADCSSA), a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), a Postgraduate Diploma in Material Management (DMM), and a Master’s in Management Science (MMS) specializing in Material and Logistics.
In recognition of his work in India’s heavy-duty transportation industry, Dr. Jitendra Joshi was honored with a Doctorate, awarded by Mr. Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India.
Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Dr. Jitendra Joshi spent 15 impactful years working with reputed companies such as Philips, Mahindra Ford, Greaves Cotton, Atlas Copco, and Tata Motors.
His leadership roles, including heading Asia-Pacific operations and logistics, significantly sharpened his strategic capabilities and provided him with deep insights across various industries.
In addition to his corporate and entrepreneurial achievements, Dr. Joshi is the Founder and Global President of the Global India Business Forum (GIBF), a leading international business chamber that promotes SMEs and companies of all sizes and sectors worldwide.
